spiritual director

Is responsible for the spiritual integrity of Central Florida Tres Dias, Inc. activities and direction. 
 

• Functions as the primary liaison with other clergy regarding matters related to Pre-Weekend and Fourth Day activities. 

 

• Functions as the primary advisor and source of counsel to the Secretariat regarding spiritual direction and inspiration of the Central Florida Community. 
   

• Keeps the Secretariat on track from a spiritual viewpoint and makes sure that the Secretariat acts in a manner consistent with and in obedience to God's inerrant Word. 
   

• Attends Rector Orientation, Team Selection and Rector Debriefing for every Weekend. 
   

• Partners with each weekend’s Rector to advise and help make assignments of Spiritual Directors for the Weekends. 
   

• Ensures that Head Spiritual Director of each weekend knows to partner with the Rector to make assignments of roles for the weekend’s spiritual directors and then shares the assignment spreadsheet once assignments have been made. 
   

• Intentional to follow up with each Ministerial Candidate who completes a Weekend regarding an interest in serving on future Weekends.  
   

• Works with the Technology Coordinator to maintain a service database of ministers and build relationships with pastors in the community to encourage participation in the Weekends. 
   

• Submits a newsletter article for each publication as needed. 
   

• Partners with the Fourth Day Couple to plan the communion for each Secuela and assign a Spiritual Director to lead the communion. 
   

• Participates in overall guidance and planning of Tres Dias activities.
