Is responsible for maintaining an ongoing file of Candidate applications and for issuing invitations on behalf of the Secretariat. a. Reviews applications for completeness, according to the Central Florida Tres Dias, Inc Qualifications of Leadership. returns incomplete applications to sponsors, and speaks to sponsors regarding any questions related to the Qualifications of Leadership. b. Maintains an electronic record of each weekends applications received into the CFTD OneDrive, assuring integrity of the applications. c. Makes a priority list of Candidates about 9 weeks (when possible) before the Men’s Weekend divided as follows whenever possible: 
 

• Total of 36 

• 6 pastors/ministers per Weekend 

• 6 singles per Weekend 

• 24 couples  
   

• Sends email invitation to Candidates, as well as an email confirmation to Sponsors.
   

• Follows up on invitations with Sponsors until attendance decisions
  are made.
   

• Encourages Sponsors to remain engaged with their candidates to ensure a maximum number of Candidates attend a Weekend.  
   

• Compiles Rector’s Candidate report and gives it to Rector, Head Cha, Head Communications, and Men’s / Women’s Leaders, on Monday prior to the Weekend. A candidate list is also shared with the community. 
   

• Checks in and receives Candidates’ Weekend fees and accounts for all confirmed Candidates.  
   

• Verifies Candidates’ information. Deposits all monies received, and gives an accounting of the money to the Secretariat Treasurer.
   

• Is responsible for the Send-over. Presides as master of ceremonies for the Send-over celebration, opening with prayer, introducing Rectors, calling each Candidate by name at the Sendover celebration and reminding the
